Georgian era, foiled/closed back ~4ct yellow sapphire ring with ~1.12ct diamond surround, set in silver over 15k gold with a 15k gold shank. 

 Approximately a size 6.5 and can be sized. Measures 16.3mm by 13.4mm by 6.4mm. Weight is 4.31 grams.
