Turquoise and Diamond Heart Pendant

Victorian era, heart pendant (converted from a brooch) with central turquoise cabochon surrounded by approximately 0.5ct+ Of ole cut diamonds set in silver with a 12-14k gold back. 

Approximately 18.5mm including bale, by 11mm by 5.5mm thick. 12-14k gold and silver. Approx 0.5ct+ Old cut diamonds.
