Sapphire & Enamel Cufflinks

Antique 18kt yellow gold doble sided cufflinks which appear Victorian to early 1900*s. 6.15 pennyweight, four 12.75mm diameter x 5.6mm high domes set with highly domed natural very dark blue sapphires. Microscopic examination finds evidence of natural with no synthetic findings evident. 4 stones are ap 2.5mm in diameter and estimated to weigh 0.32ctw. The domes all have white vitreous enamel lacework ornamentation and show minor wear commensurate with their age.
