Victorian era, ruby and Pearl encrusted snake pendant with central emerald eye. The rich, dark foiled/closed back pink rubies in the snakes head encircles a deep green emerald, and wind their way along the body of the snake with a subtle change of hue to a softer pink toward the middle, before increasing in richness to the darkest pink at the tail end of the snake. A lovely ombré effect that compliments the lovely luster of the pearls. Converted from a brooch.
