Late 18th century, Colombian emerald and 22k gold Iberian pendant with a modern, 18k gold bale. 

Converted from a larger, Iberian piece that had several areas of disrepair. Some repair work has been done Including one replacement emerald as visible in the close up photos. There is also wear to the back of the piece as can be seen in the photos. Measures 18.5mm including bale by 11.4mm wide and 7.8mm. Weight is 1.16 grams.
