Late Georgian/Early Victorian era diamond and ruby cobblestone ring, silver set over 18k yellow gold.

Size 7.5. Ring face measures 8.26mm by 3.3mm thick and 14.2mm long. Central diamond is 4mm by 4.25mm surrounded by 9 additional diamonds. One ruby on either shoulder. Weight is 1.87 grams.
