Bespoke, Victorian era diamond and sapphire “Evil Eye” pendant set in 18k gold with a modern 18k gold bail.

Converted from a Victorian era component. Measures 20.3mm wide by 19.3mm including bail and 4.8mm thick. Central sapphire is 5mm by 4.2mm and is surrounded by 16 old cut diamonds approximately 1.10ct total weight, estimated by size. Weight is 2.74 grams.
