Victorian era, 14k gold and turquoise blue enamel ring with interior engraving "Oct. 28. 1875” and IBHAR “Chosen One” motif.

Size 3 and can not be sized. Band is 6mm wide by 1mm thick. Drop width is 19.2mm and length is 17.2mm and 0.6mm thick. Weight is 4.36 grams.
