Converted from a brooch. Measures 45.8mm including bale by 31.7mm wide and 9.5mm thick. 30 rose cut diamonds 1.5-2mm in diameter and 19 old European cut diamonds ranging from 1.5-4mm in diameter Weight is 4.5 grams.
