Antique, diamond and sapphire “Souvenir” pendant converted from a brooch set in 18k gold.

Measures 31.2mm including bale by 22.4mm and 8.8mm thick. Estimated 1.08ctw in diamonds with a certified 1.821 exact ct weight antique cushion, brilliant/step cut natural no heat sapphire center. Weight is 9 grams.
