The ruby is prong set, the rose cut diamonds are set in silver with a curved semi-bezel wave effect and cut down prongs. 1 cabochon or bead round ruby app 4mm in diameter.

54 rose cut diamonds est 0.74ctw. App H/J-VS/Si, GIA. Visually well matched and appear original to the piece.
