Diamond Heart Pendant

Victorian era, puffy heart pendant featuring 5+ctw in silver set diamonds over 15k gold.

Measures 1.18in in length by 0.84in wide and 0.39in thick. 82 old cut diamonds roughly 2.4mm each in diameter. original locket compartment was lost sometime in antiquity and has been replaced with a new one. Weight is 5.87 grams.
