Georgian era, 6 stone diamond ring in a silver, foiled/closed back setting (two backs have been opened) with an 18k gold band.

Size 7.25. 6 rose/rough cut diamonds, two have backs opened. Ring face is 3.5 wide by 3.3 thick and 20mm. Weight is 1.64 grams.
