Victorian era, certified Burma no heat ruby horseshoe pendant with diamond accents, set in 18k gold.

Converted from an antique stick pin. Measures 27.9mm including bale by 18mm wide and 3.4mm thick. Hallmark 18ct and FD on pin. Weight is 2.66 grams.
