Bespoke, emerald and old mine cut diamond “evil eye” pendant set in open back 10-12k gold. Converted from a Victorian era component

17.6mm wide by 14.1mm including bale and 4mm thick. 18 diamonds in surround range in size from approx. 2mm to 2.5mm. Approx. 4.4mm by 3.5mm oval emerald center. 1.02g.
