Bespoke, diamond and sapphire “evil eye” pendant set in open back platinum and 18k gold setting. Converted from an Edwardian era component.

18.8mm wide by 14.9mm including bale and 5mm thick. 20, approx 2mm or smaller diamonds in surround.
