Bespoke Diamond and Pink Sapphire “Evil Eye” Pendant

Bespoke, pink sapphire and chunky old cut diamond “Evil Eye” pendant. Converted from a Victorian era component.

Central pink sapphire is approximately 5mm x 6mm in size and is surrounded by 22 old cut diamonds, ranging in size from approx 2.5mm-3.5mm. 26.5mm wide by 19.4mm including bale by 5.8mm thick
