Georgian era, Silver over 18ct gold ring with larger central diamond and two diamonds in each shoulder.

Approximately a size 6.5-6.75. Central diamond measures 3.9mm by 3.4mm wide. Four smaller diamonds are approximately 1.5mm in diameter. Weight is 1.66 grams.
