Early Victorian era, 18k and silver French hallmarked diamond “Souvenir” gate bangle adorned with sixteen rose cut diamonds. 

Approximately 6.75-7in interior circumference. Measures 12.7mm wide and 4.5mm thick. Weight is 39.48 grams.
