20k Gold Sapphire Pendant 12

Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a central, natural pink sapphire with 3 round pink and purple sapphires and 1 pear shaped sapphire on the back side.

Measures 21.8mm including bale by 11.6mm by 7.8mm. Weight is 5.46 grams.
