Star Sapphire Star Pendant

Victorian era, 18kt yellow gold and silver Victorian diamond and star sapphire star converted to a pendant with an 18kt yellow gold jump ring bale.

Star is 24.37mm wide with a domed effect center. The drop, including the bale, is 33.35mm in height. All stones are bead set. One slightly purplish gray round cabochon star sapphire measures app 9.05 x 5.6mm, est 5.25ct. The star under direct lighting has a very distinct and complete 6 ray star, better than what shows in the photo. A faint star is even visible in normal room lighting. 24 OMC diamonds approximately 0.95ct. Weight is 3.20 grams.
