Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a certified natural unheated 2.07ct red-orange sapphire with 13 round pink and purple sapphires in a paisley shape on the back side.

Measures 23.9mm including bale by 13.1mm by 8.7mm. Weight is 6.53 grams.
