Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a certified natural 1.01ct unheated pale pink sapphire teardrop with 6 round pink and purple sapphires on the back side.

Measures 21.8mm including bale by 11.5mm by 7.3mm. Weight is 5 grams.
