Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a natural unheated purple sapphire with 10 round pink and purple sapphires in a spray pattern on the back side.

Measures 21.7mm including bale by 11.6mm by 7.7mm. Weight is 5.16 grams.
