Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a certified natural 1.31ct unheated pastel pink sapphire with and engraved knot motif on the back side.

Measures 19.5mm including bale by 10.7mm by 7.4mm. Weight is 4.52 grams.
