Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a certified 1.43ct natural pear shaped vivid no heat pink sapphire with 10 scattered round sapphires on the back.

Measures 21.9mm including bale by 11.6mm by 7.8mm. Weight is 5.11 grams.
