20k Gold Padparadscha Sapphire Pendant 13

Modern, circa 2015 ‘Prince Dimitri’ designed 20k gold pendant featuring a certified natural unheated 1.38ct pinkish-orange Padparadscha sapphire with 13 round purple and pink sapphires on the back side.

Measures 21.8mm including bale by 11.6mm by 7.7mm. Weight is 5.23 grams.
